Great shop, great communication and work but minor gripe is passing the credit card processing fee onto the customer…that is the cost of doing business the shop should eat.

Went in to get my two back wheels rotated to the front and replaced. They assured me that my alinement and brake pads were doing fine and sent me on my way quickly. Very nice service and followed up with me 2 weeks after to ensure that the car is ok. I will be coming back if my car needs any more Maintanance

Great customer service. I loved that the service record includes pictures of the recommendations so you actually see what is wrong, unlike some others who quote you services without evidence - and in actual fact those services may not be needed.

Once again GTA goes out of their way to exceed top notch customer service. We couldn’t get my wife’s car to them for new tires so they picked up her car from work, installed her new tires and dropped it back off for her to get home safely. Cody and Jeff go above and beyond for our family and all our vehicles to make sure we stay on the road and safe.
