The Master Service man Tod at GTA ( Grayson Tire and Auto went way beyond the Mark of service helping me with my 2011 Hyundai V6 Santa Fe today. Unfortunately my Substandard insurance company forced me into putting in a used part and Tod stood up to the challenge and helped me for the second time straighten things out. I Drove from ATL to Loganville past Snellville to get this work done because I know these guys are honest to the core and I am a Uber Driver and I don’t have time for mistakes or extra $$ for over charging. These guys are really that good !!! I even asked him if they do BMW work and they do. So I know I will be out there again. Thanks so much for correcting my sway bar and updating my oil level!!! Updated 06/20/22 Back I go to Grayson Tire & Auto. This time my air-conditioning had stopped blowing cold air, and we have been having a very hot summer so had to get it fixed as quickly as possible. I called Todd at Grayson Tire & Auto and he told me to bring in my car as soon as possible so it would get seen the same day. He was as good as his word and today I have a nice, comfortable car again! Hats off to Jenny, who came to my house and picked me up so I could retrieve my car. They have great people at Grayson Tire & Auto who treat me...and my car..very well. Thanks!!! Best auto repair that I've found so I stick with them. Great serice & they get you in quickly. Their work is excellent. Highly recommend!!!

We had an excellent experience at Grayson Tire & Auto! My son was driving in Grayson when he realized that he had a completely flat tire (we live in Lilburn so were not familiar with Grayson Tire & Auto). He happened to be parked next door to Grayson Tire & Auto, and we were able to pump up his tire enough to drive it next door. They graciously repaired the tire 15 minutes before closing and did not charge us anything! The two gentlemen who helped us at the front desk and especially the gentleman who completed the repair were all courteous and friendly. I definitely recommend Grayson Tire & Auto!

These people are saints and the best kind of business you would want down the street! Shaun is attentive, kind, and quick. I cannot recommend Grayson Tire and Auto enough!
