I've been trusting GTA for about 4 years now. They have always been very professional, helpful, proactive, and very accommodating. Let's face it, we have surprises with our vehicles sometimes, and they are honest with communication and timeframes, etc. I will make the drive to their facility because I know they will be consistent and do the right thing for me and my vehicle. I appreciate all that they do for us. I would recommend them to anyone.

Unexpected event. Screw lodge in my tire, rainy day with a injured foot. Shawn didn't hesitate getting me in to repair my tire. I really appreciate the friendliness of everyone in the office. He didn't even except any payment for the tire repair. I am very grateful....

I was out of town last week and had the oil changed at Jiffy Lube. Apparently, they had not put the filter on correctly and you caught it… As it was leaking oil everywhere. When I got home I saw it’s all over my driveway. Thanks to you, my engine was saved! Lesson learned! THANK YOU GRAYSON TIRE!
