When scheduling a service make sure to specify the parts you want them to install. I had my van dropped off at 0730 for an alignment, one tire replacement and a tire rotation. I was called at 1330 being told that my vehicle was ready for pickup. My total came to $273. What made this service expensive was the one tire itself was $143. I WAS NEVER ASKED what tire I wanted installed and obviously they made a more costly decision on my behalf. Don't get me wrong I think Grayson tire and auto is a reputable place to have work done on your vehicle and I would recommend them. Just be clear on the product and service you want performed, like most automotive repair establishments they too know how to raise your bill. In reply to GTA staff: Thank you for choosing a quality tire on my behalf, I know the brand Toyo tire is high quality and I'm not upset that it is installed on my vehicle. I just would have rather chosen a tire myself. I would suggest that if the customer didn't specify what product they want, reach out to them and confirm what they would like. Thanks again!
