I took my vehicle for service with a fairly serious engine problem about a month ago. I was treated very well, everything was explained thoroughly, and the repair was successful. I did not hesitate to recommend this business to everyone who was looking for a reliable and honest place to have their vehicle serviced or repaired. I will continue to bring all my vehicles to this establishment.

I had a great experience at Grayson Tire and Auto on Sept 25th. The staff made me feel very comfortable with entrusting them to repair my vehicle. I had been hearing a noise in the tire area for a few months which I thought was with the front left. Yesterday when I pulled in the parking space at GTA it came from the back left. I thought no this can't be. Anyway I advised Scott that I hear the noise in front/left never mentioned back/left. After technician did test drive it was the back/left and that really made me feel they were being honest with me. Thank you also Hannah and Kim for being nice!

These people have always been top drawer in service to this customer. Good auto repair places are difficult to find. I know! I’ve worked in dealerships and independent service centers. You’ll be hard pressed to find better. Have returned with another vehicle since my last review. Communication should always be this timely and to the point. After a thorough diagnostic check out, the problem, everything was well explained and estimates and options were discussed. The time estimate was most agreeable. Work was completed on time and as quoted. Consummate professionalism was the hallmark of this and the previous experience. I have enjoyed doing business with these good folks, something I have not felt at several other repair shops over the years. When you find a top quality service organization, you would be foolish not to nurture that relationship.

I took my Corvette here for an exhaust swap and intake install. I will admit I called a few other places first and was told two or three weeks. One call to Don and I was told to bring it in the next day. Work was done professionally and reasonably priced. I know in the future my first and only call will be here. I recommend you do the same.
