I own a 2001 Saturn SL1, prior to Thanksgiving I noticed a small transaxle leak. Grayson Tire troubleshot the problem and found a small leak. This required a dye check. Parts were ordered but found the required gasket was no longer available. Their tech was able to make the gasket and make the repair. All is well no more leak. My granddaughter was in town the next week and needed new tires, balance, alignment and brake check. She was able to get the work done on short notice. Great staff, techs and trustworthy and honest folk. I recommend them for any auto work, fairly priced parts and labor.

Grayson Tires and Auto is a great company to do business with, because of the professionalism and care for the customer. I have been there twice and on both visits, I was very pleased with the service. First time, I got a tire plugged and the second time, I had wheel locks removed and a new set installed, plus a tire rotation. The management and employees went above and beyond in this experience, because the manager pointed out to me that I needed to get the 60,000 maintenance service which had been done already. I thought that was an awesome move on the part of the company. Lastly, the manager provided me a ride home and came back to pick me up after the job was complete. I would recommend this company because they do great work and is a full service tire and auto service provider.

Great communication. Did exactly what I requested to be done. They suggested additional future service, but, only suggested, without performing, without approval. It's hard to find an honest facility, that will stand behind their work. This is one.
